Women With Metal built an extension to its office block.

Women With Metal is dedicated to creating connection between all women and allies working within the metal sectors. Our annual conference provides knowledge to help you flourish in your career and aims to give you the confidence to shine. Founded by Kirsty Davies-Chinnock, the Managing Director of Professional Polishing Services Ltd, Director of the British Stainless Steel Association and founder of the Women in Industry Podcast, Kirsty is dedicated to celebrating and advancing women in the metals sector. We launched in October 2023 and over one hundred women attended the conference in Birmingham, UK. Our conference 2024 was held at the ICC Birmingham on 29th October and was a huge success. Our 2025 Conference was the 8th October at The ICC, Birmingham and grew by 65% compared to the 2024 conference. In 2026 we are moving to The Eastside Rooms to facilitate even better value for the delegates with the help of our sponsors. The 2026 conference will be the 17th September.
