Working Title Wine Merchants is a Chicago-based wine import and distribution company founded by Vanessa Jungbluth-Fullmer, the seventh generation of her family in wine on American soil. Vanessa brings nearly 20 years of experience across all three tiers of the wine industry throughout the Midwest. Before it was a profession, it was simply what her family did — generations of farmers in Ohio who made wine for the table and the community long before anyone called it a business. Working Title represents small, family-owned producers who work their own ground and hold title to it — wines worth a dedicated advocate, not a slot in a broadline catalog. The name carries three meanings: a creative project still in motion, the verb of working the land, and the legal right to hold title to it.
