Vision Bring Women Back to Work envisions a world where diversity, inclusion, and gender equality thrive in workplaces. We aim to provide a transformative platform that facilitates the return of skilled women to the professional realm, contributing to a more balanced and innovative workforce. We also support hiring companies in equalizing their workforce by hiring for attitude and training for skills. Mission The mission of Bring Women Back to Work is to create a workplace landscape where diversity, inclusion, and gender equality flourish. Our goal is to establish a transformative platform that empowers skilled women to re-enter the professional sphere, fostering a workforce that is both balanced and innovative. Additionally, we are committed to assisting hiring companies in achieving workforce equality by advocating for an approach that prioritizes hiring for attitude and training for skills. Goal With your support, we aim to reintegrate 8,000 women into the workforce within Europe by 2026 and extend our efforts to Africa, India, and other continents by 2030. Are you up for it?
