The goal of DeKalb County Economic Development Corporation (DCEDC) is to improve living standards and create economic opportunities for DeKalb County, Illinois. Since its inception in 1987, the DCEDC has overseen over $1.6 billion in business and industrial development. These projects expanded and diversified the county's tax base while adding over 10,000 jobs and helping increase resident employment by over 20,000.
