frendo is building the data and care infrastructure for endometriosis and complex chronic pain. Built from lived experience, our free digital platform helps people track symptoms, identify patterns and understand the wider impact of their condition across pain, fatigue, gastrointestinal health, mental health, relationships, work and daily life. By turning lived experience into structured, longitudinal data, frendo helps people advocate for better care and make more informed decisions about their health. Beyond the app: • frendo@work helps employers provide practical, human-centred support for employees living with chronic conditions. • frendo Connect supports more connected pathways between people, services and care. • frendo Intelligence transforms real-world patient insights into evidence that can support research, healthcare innovation and better decision-making. Founded by Dearbhail Ormond following her own 18 year journey to an endometriosis diagnosis, frendo is working to create a more connected, proactive and equitable future for women’s health.
