Built from lived experience, our free digital platform helps people track symptoms, identify patterns and understand the wider impact of their condition across pain, fatigue, gastrointestinal health, mental health, relationships, work and daily life. By turning lived experience into structured, longitudinal data, frendo helps people advocate for better care and make more informed decisions about their health.
