Futures is a not-for-profit social enterprise which aims to strengthen the prosperity and wellbeing of our local communities by delivering high‑quality skills, training, and employment support that responds to the needs of each place we serve. Through strategic partnerships, local insight and a focus on inclusive growth, we work to equip individuals with the capabilities, confidence, and opportunity to achieve sustainable employment and build brighter futures. Established in 1995 by Nottingham City Council and Nottinghamshire County Council, we are committed to reducing NEET rates and improving life chances by providing accessible, evidence‑led pathways into learning and work, particularly for those facing disadvantage or barriers to progression.
