Futures has been operating in Nottingham for over 30 years, learning which schools refer early and which need a call, which employers will take a chance on someone with no experience.

Through strategic partnerships, local insight and a focus on inclusive growth, we work to equip individuals with the capabilities, confidence, and opportunity to achieve sustainable employment and build brighter futures. Established in 1995 by Nottingham City Council and Nottinghamshire County Council, we are committed to reducing NEET rates and improving life chances by providing accessible, evidence‑led pathways into learning and work, particularly for those facing disadvantage or barriers to progression.
