her.d is a curated retreat experience for women in leadership who are excellent at taking care of everyone except themselves. We bring together small groups of driven, curious, high-achieving women for a few days of genuine rest, meaningful conversation, and the kind of community that doesn’t disappear when the trip ends. This is not a wellness escape. Not a spiritual transformation program. Not a detox or a strict schedule. It’s a purposeful pause with great food, treatments, movement, leadership roundtables, and the rare pleasure of being surrounded by women who keep up. Each retreat is intentionally small (12 women), carefully located, and fully planned, so you can simply arrive.
