her.d is a curated retreat experience for women in leadership who are excellent at taking care of everyone except themselves. We bring together small groups of driven, curious, high-achieving women for a few days of genuine rest, meaningful conversation, and the kind of community that doesn’t disappear when the trip ends. This is not a wellness escape. Not a spiritual transformation program. Not a detox or a strict schedule. It’s a purposeful pause with great food, treatments, movement, leadership roundtables, and the rare pleasure of being surrounded by women who keep up.
