We solve three global challenges: 1) Fresh produce supply, cost, and variety 2) Inventory of older unusable buildings 3) Unnecessary GHGs created in food production and transportation Each new climate neutral building generates farm revenue, rent from a stable tenant, and capital appreciation. We envisage 60%+ returns for our equity LP base, backed by solid real estate assets.
