We at Local Grown Salads acquire and rehabilitate 200 industrial buildings and rent them to Indoor Vertical Farms. We use the McDonalds' business for climate mitigation and adaption. We solve three global challenges: 1) Fresh produce supply, cost, and variety 2) Inventory of older unusable buildings 3) Unnecessary GHGs created in food production and transportation Each new climate neutral building generates farm revenue, rent from a stable tenant, and capital appreciation. We envisage 60%+ returns for our equity LP base, backed by solid real estate assets.
