Our core product, ND Navigator, is an MHRA-registered, UKCA-marked software medical device combining structured questionnaires, proprietary research-led insight and patented passive digital biomarker technology with personalised support. For employers, we help tackle some of the most expensive people problems: sickness absence, burnout, staff turnover, difficult-to-recruit talent, hidden support needs and employees who may be highly capable but struggle in environments not designed for how they think and work.
