 Employees join small teams called Nests. Each Nest is a micro-community where movement is visible, shared and supported. Nests compete in a series of four-week Exercise Leagues, creating an ongoing season of activity and engagement. They compete relative to their own fitness level, creating a fair and inclusive experience for everyone. Any exercise, any time, any place, any fitness level.
