Steer24 helps organisations understand and respond to what happens when women’s health intersects with work, leadership and talent decisions. Women’s health can influence capacity, performance, retention, progression and who ultimately reaches leadership — yet these impacts are often poorly understood inside organisational systems. We work with organisations to identify where capability gaps sit, interpret the workforce and commercial impact, and build the leadership and organisational capability needed to respond more consistently.
