cXm Professionals announced the 2026 CXMPA Industry Awards in two days.

cXm Professionals Association (CXMPA) is a not-for-profit professional association advancing the customer communications industry and the people who work across it. Our community brings together enterprise professionals, service providers, technology partners, consultants, and industry experts working across Customer Communications Management (CCM) and the broader discipline of Communications Experience Management (CXM). CXMPA supports the industry through education, professional development, certification, thought leadership, networking, and knowledge sharing. We create opportunities for practitioners to learn from peers, explore emerging technologies and practices, and strengthen the skills needed to design, govern, produce, deliver, and improve customer communications across print and digital channels. Our focus spans the full customer communications ecosystem, including content and data, composition, workflow and orchestration, accessibility, production, print and mail, digital delivery, archive and retrieval, governance, measurement, customer engagement, and communication experience. CXMPA is also home to the EDP professional certification program, expanding professional development and certification to reflect the evolving skills required across CCM and CXM. Building on the legacy of Xplor International, CXMPA carries forward a long-standing tradition of peers helping peers through education, knowledge sharing, and professional development while expanding the community for today’s customer communications environment.
