The DoveTailED Partnership With DovetailEd, there are never initiation fees, annual memberships, or search commissions. We offer a straightforward, three-phased, flat-rate fee structure: - Schools first pay a flat fee upon delivery of a pool of qualified and interested candidates. - Schools pay a second flat fee only if they hire a DovetailED candidate. The DovetailED Journey - Initial partnership conversation. - School completes DovetailED intake form. - School provides position description. - DovetailED crafts outreach message for school approval. - Sourcing period (1 – 3 weeks typical). - DovetailED shares candidate profiles with school. - School completes hiring process.
