Guidant BioTherapeutics has a clinically-validated proprietary Navigated Delivery(™) platform on which it has built a robust product pipeline for oncology and immune/inflammatory diseases. Our core innovation, the FHAB (Fully Human Albumin-Binding) antibody fragment, binds to and "hitch-hikes" on human serum albumin which is actively for transported and accumulated in cancer and inflammed tissues. The FHAB construct increases serum half-life, improved tumor penetration and retention are some benefits. We have shown clinical proof of a 10x increase in serum half-life, improved antitumor activity with no significant adverse events with a payload of immune-modulating cytokines on the FHAB.
