Hope Chaplain provides emotional and spiritual support to first responders, their families, and the communities they serve across Oregon. Led by Chaplain Leo Keelan, our ministry walks alongside fire, law enforcement, and emergency service personnel through the demands of service, critical incidents, grief, and everyday challenges. Rooted in Christian faith, we offer compassionate care to people of every faith background and those with no religious affiliation.
