Before founding my advisory practice, I held senior operating roles in multinational enterprises, both public and private, including Burberry, Tory Burch, and Gap Inc., with earlier leadership experience at PwC and in commercial banking. I carried revenue accountability, led global teams, and worked where strategy, power, and personality collide inside real organizations. I have worked across the United States, United Kingdom, China, Japan, and Austria. Those experiences shaped my perspective on leadership under cultural complexity and executive power dynamics. I have seen how quickly clarity erodes under pressure and how easily executive teams fracture when trust thins. Today, I work at the intersection of executive judgment, relational dynamics, and decision-making under pressure.
